Door won't close even though the opener seems to be fine.
The problem wasn't immediately evident, as the usual culprits didn't seem to be present. The opener's safety sensors were in perfect alignment and there was nothing under the door that may cause it to go back up. While checking the tracks, we found some bent sections that prevented the rollers from moving smoothly, which was causing the force limit to be triggered and forced the door to reverse each time. We repaired the bent tracks and the problem was solved.
