The reason why this customer's door rollers were having issues moving was that certain part of the left vertical track had become very rusty. We replaced the ruined side and made sure the new one was in complete alignment with its counterpart. After that, we lubricated the rollers and checked the door's movement to make sure nothing else was wrong.
